For balance details and some additional information, dial *444*6*2#.
Now, on the screen, you will be able to see the remaining balance. You will also be given information related to the package you have subscribed to next to the balance information.
Then, you will be given 3 additional options.
- Write 1 in the text box if you want information related to the package you have subscribed to.
- By writing 2, you could choose to unsubscribe from the package you use and go with a new one.
- Lastly, by typing 00 in the text box, you will return to the original mobile screen.

2. The Jazz World App Method
All you have to do is download the ‘Jazz World’ mobile application which is compatible with both Android and iOS users.
What To Do?
- Download the ‘Jazz World’ application.
- Open it and log in with your Jazz number once it has been downloaded.
- You will be able to see the remaining balance on your number on the first screen as soon as you log in.
Cost: 53 MBs of internet and your smartphone storage.
3. The WhatsApp Method
Many people do not remember what the USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) codes or 11-digit numbers are for checking Jazz balance.

All you need to have is a downloaded Whatsapp application. You must also have a WhatsApp account with your Jazz number.
What To Do?
- Send ‘Hi’ on 03003008000.
- If you would not have used Jazz’s Whatsapp service before then after step 1, you will be sent a ‘Terms and Conditions’ link and will be asked to message ‘1’ to accept them.
- The message ‘4.’ With the balance details, the WhatsApp message will also inform you about the package you are subscribed to.
