- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Removing trash and replacing trash can liners
- Checking and replenishing cleaning supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues in rooms or public areas
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns
- Ability to talk in the Arabic language to deal with local citizens
- Excellent communication skills in the English language
- Adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols and maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the establishment
- Complete tasks efficiently and within specified timeframes
- perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and bending
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a clean and organized environment
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
- Provide friendly and helpful service to guests
- Learn and follow the specific cleaning and safety procedures
